The Story of U
During times of rapid growth, how does a company hold onto the culture they’ve worked hard to establish? For Unifonic, this meant taking a look within. To really understand the culture at Unifonic, we surveyed and interviewed the team, including everyone in the process. Our concept, The Story of U, was inspired by first-hand examples of how employees contributed to the culture, what culture meant to the team, and how ‘you’ are an integral part of it all. Focusing the narrative on both the individual and the collective, this provided the thread to weave the story together from cover to cover. The process of distilling Unifonic’s culture played a pivotal role in bringing the team closer together with everyone working towards a common goal. An enduring touchstone of culture at Unifonic, the Culture Book has become a valuable asset for both employees and new hires.
