Unifonic, which began as an SMS messaging provider, wanted to expand into this global market with their multifaceted communication platform. Inspired by Unifonic’s innovation and reach, we evolved their brand to better reflect how their technology joins people in conversation and demonstrates how they’ve moved from being a regional player to a global one. The company’s leadership and entire team have jumped on board with the new narrative, feeling it better tells the story of Unifonic. They’ve rallied around the idea that while they’re a technology company, their work is ultimately about connecting people.

Building on the brand idea “where conversations connect”, we developed a graphic device that follows a connected waveform. An extension of the Unifonic wordmark, we applied the waveform across printed collateral, campaign visuals, and environmental office graphics.

Comprehensive brand guidelines were developed to ensure the highest standard of care across all touch points. This included establishing and providing parameters for tone and voice across all written forms, and guidance for application of custom assets – ranging from iconography to graphics devices and photography.
