Identity theft and online fraud cost billions globally every year. To counter this, digital identity verification company Trulioo helps businesses identify legitimate customers so they can do business safely and securely online. Among BC's most innovative technology companies, Trulioo was about to launch their identity verification platform at a global scale. To do so, the brand – which had become fragmented over the years – needed to align with the business vision, and the narrative needed to speak to Trulioo's enterprise market. Working with the leadership team, and closely connecting with their internal culture, we evolved the narrative around the company's purpose and developed messaging that addressed pain points. Rolling out the strategy, we applied the brand across every touch point from digital to print to environment, setting the next phase of Trulioo.
