Identity theft and online fraud cost billions globally every year. To counter this, digital identity verification company Trulioo helps businesses identify legitimate customers so they can do business safely and securely online. Among BC's most innovative tech companies, Trulioo was about to relaunch their identity verification platform at a global scale. Pendo was brought in to align the brand – which had become fragmented over the years – with the business vision.
