Unifonic Culture Book

Unifonic was growing quickly, with new hires starting continually. We’d worked with the founders to develop a new brand for the company and knew that maintaining their family-like culture was important through a time of rapid growth and transition. Recognizing “Unifones” are full of pride for their company and their contributions, it was essential to introduce and tell Unifonic’s story in a celebratory way. The founders, the history, their established values, along with employee quotes and imagery were brought together in a way that honoured the company’s successes and marked the way each employee played a part in them. The Story of U, a fabric-bound hardcover book (with a matching debossed box), was revealed during a company event where one of the founders signed each copy. It’s a high-touch piece and enduring keepsake that will continue to serve as a touchstone of Unifonic’s cohesive culture.
